QMS Certification Process Steps:

IQR uses the following basic process steps while working with clients to successfully achieve QMS Certification:

1. Respond to Client request for Quotation
2. Customer Order Review; Service Agreement Approval
3. Stage 1 – Preliminary On-Site Visit and Formal QMS Documentation Review
4. Stage 2 – On-Site Assessment Audit
5. Customer Submits NCR’s action(s) for IQRCORP Review and Approval
6. Lead Assessor finalizes QMS Assessment Report
7. Final Inspection and Technical Review Approvals
8. Approval & Certification; QMS Certification certificate is issued
9. Surveillance Assessments (6 Month or Annual)
10. Re-Certification (3 Year)
